The inaugural session of the first Gastronomic Marketing Congress of Catalonia will be given by chef Carme Ruscalleda . The event will be held between 28 and 30 April in the Neàpolis auditorium in Vilanova i la Geltrú .
Brands from the food and gastronomy sector have confirmed their participation in the congress. Among others, Damm, Caprabo, Gallina Blanca, Unilever, Veritas, Lavola and Agrofresc will attend.
Several companies in the Penedès such as Cafès Novell, La Granja, Ametller Origen, Cudié and Família Torres, will present their innovation cases.
The debates will address issues such as internationalization, changes in consumer habits, new values in gastronomic consumption, sustainability and new marketing trends.
